QIANG (VICTOR) TANG
CHAIRMAN
Mr. Tang was elected as Chairman on 17 February 2022.
He is currently CFO of COFCO Sugar Holding Co., Ltd. (a listed company). Previously, he has held the position of Deputy CFO and Group Treasurer of COFCO International and other senior roles within the Company since joining the COFCO Group in 1998.
Mr. Tang holds a master’s degree from the University of New South Wales, majoring in Accounting. He got his bachelor’s degree in International Accounting from the University of International Business and Economics.
TIANCHI (ANDREW) YU
CEO AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
Appointed CEO on 16 October 2019. Andrew joined COFCO in 1988 and has worked for several COFCO companies within China and abroad. In 2005 he joined COFCO Sugar managing the tomato paste business.
This business was at one time the largest in the world and Andrew represented the Chinese industry at the World Processing Tomato Council, including as Chairman. Most recently Andrew led COFCO Sugar’s Quality and Safety function across all sugar mills.
John Warda
INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Independent Non-Executive Director of Tully Sugar Limited appointed to the Board on 1 August 2021.
Mr Warda has a long record of significant achievement as a C-suite Executive with listed companies, primarily in the agribusiness sector, with extensive industry expertise in operations, infrastructure, ports, logistics and supply chain functions spanning more than 47 years.
Mr Warda has recently retired from fulltime work as Chief Executive Officer with Sugar Terminals Limited (STL) and continues to do some consulting work in the Agri sector. He has over a decade of experience in Non-Executive Director roles in the not-for-profit space in addition to substantial experience as a board member on numerous joint venture and company owned businesses and Industry boards over his career as an Operations Executive.
GERRY BORGNA
NON-EXECUTIVE GROWER DIRECTOR
Non-executive Grower Director of Tully Sugar Limited since 1991 and was appointed Deputy Chairman in August 2006 a position he held until July 2010.
He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chairman of Tully Cane Productivity Services Limited.
Mr Borgna has been cane farming since 1978.
Neville Condon
NON-EXECUTIVE GROWER DIRECTOR
Non-executive Grower Director of Tully Sugar Limited first appointed to the Board from August 2018 to 6 Feb 2020, and reappointed to the position on 21 August 2020.
Mr Condon has been cane farming since 2002 and owns a cane harvesting operation. He has spent his whole career in agricultural production and is an active and experienced contributor to community organisations.

Lu (Rose) Zhang
CFO AND COMPANY SECRETARY
Appointed Chief Financial Officer/ Company Secretary from 7 August 2023,Rose previously has over 20 years’ experience in accounting, treasury, financial controlling, compliance, strategies and operational support across banking, automotive, colorant, construction, and IT industries.
Rose is a qualified member of CPA Australia and holds Master degrees with Monash University and Wuhan University.
JOHN EDWARDS
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Appointed Chief Operating Officer from July 2018. John commenced working for our Company in 1984.
After spending 12 years as an Instrument Technician, he was promoted in 1999 to Shift Chemist, then in 2011 to Senior Production Chemist, most recently holding the position of Production Manager since 2014.
He holds a Diploma of Management.
