TIANCHI (ANDREW) YU
CHAIRMAN
Appointed Chairman September 2025, Tianchi (Andrew) previous served as Chief Executive Officer of Tully Sugar from October 2019.
Andrew joined COFCO in 1988 and has worked for several COFCO companies within China and abroad. In 2005 he joined COFCO Sugar managing the tomato processing business.
COFCO is one of the largest tomato processor and exporters in the world. Andrew has represented the Chinese industry at the World Processing Tomato Council, including being Chairman for one term.
wEI (dARCY) LI
CEO AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
Wei (Darcy) Li was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Tully Sugar in January 2026.
Darcy brings broad experience across the global sugar industry, with a background in commercial management, international trade and risk management.
He has worked in Australia, Hong Kong, Guangxi and Beijing, combining global perspective with practical, on-the-ground experience.
Having previously worked at Tully Sugar earlier in his career, Darcy has a strong connection to the mill, local growers and the Tully community.
His leadership focuses on safe and reliable operations, strong grower relationships and the long-term sustainability of the Tully Sugar business.
John Warda
INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Independent Non-Executive Director of Tully Sugar Limited appointed to the Board on 1 August 2021.
Mr Warda has a long record of significant achievement as a C-suite Executive with listed companies, primarily in the agribusiness sector, with extensive industry expertise in operations, infrastructure, ports, logistics and supply chain functions spanning more than 47 years.
Mr Warda has recently retired from fulltime work as Chief Executive Officer with Sugar Terminals Limited (STL) and continues to do some consulting work in the Agri sector. He has over a decade of experience in Non-Executive Director roles in the not-for-profit space in addition to substantial experience as a board member on numerous joint venture and company owned businesses and Industry boards over his career as an Operations Executive.
GERRY BORGNA
NON-EXECUTIVE GROWER DIRECTOR
Non-executive Grower Director of Tully Sugar Limited since 1991 and was appointed Deputy Chairman in August 2006 a position he held until July 2010.
He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chairman of Tully Cane Productivity Services Limited.
Mr Borgna has been cane farming since 1978.
Neville Condon
NON-EXECUTIVE GROWER DIRECTOR
Non-executive Grower Director of Tully Sugar Limited first appointed to the Board from August 2018 to 6 Feb 2020, and reappointed to the position on 21 August 2020.
Mr Condon has been cane farming since 2002 and owns a cane harvesting operation. He has spent his whole career in agricultural production and is an active and experienced contributor to community organisations.

Emma hennell
COMPANY SECRETARY
Appointed Company Secretary in December 2025 and responsible for company governance and risk management in her role with Tully Sugar Ltd. Emma has held many roles prior to her appointment such as Directorships, CFO, Company Secretary, Audit Manager, Financial Controller and Management Accountant as well as many other voluntary positions.
Accredited with Fellowships in both ACCA (FCCA) and GIA (FGIA), has her B.Com with a double major in Finance and Accounting and a Certificate in Data Analytics. Emma is also a Justice of the Peace and has just finished her Diploma in Sustainability which place people, planet and profits of equal importance in organisation strategy, goals and metrics.
JOHN EDWARDS
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Appointed Chief Operating Officer in July 2018. John joined our Company as an apprentice in 1984.
After then spending 12 years as an Instrument Technician, he was promoted in 1999 to Shift Chemist, then in 2011 to Senior Production Chemist, and in 2014 to Production Manager. John holds a Diploma of Management.
